Are you using Moodle, Mahara or other OS software but not quite sure about some the complexity of the system?  Or would you just rather someone else with specialist knowledge of take care of the system in the event of a problem? Should you encounter any performance issues, wish to install extras, upgrade your system, or any other number of technical issues, we can assist you with technical support.  Some of these include:

  • Product behaviour versus documentation or specification
  • Error messages
  • File or data corruption
  • Data migration between product releases
  • Security and Administrative settings
  • Course settings
  • Installation
  • Deployment of materials
  • Third party or optional plugins, where the installation has been performed or agreed with ELD.

Technical Support Contracts

Option 1: No fixed contract

Our technical consultants are able to provide a complete range of consultancy services for designing, deploying and configuring Moodle/Mahara/Zencart and other educational software systems. Our standard hourly consultancy rates apply:

  • Hourly rate: £75+VAT
  • Daily rate: £595+VAT

Option 2: Fixed One Year Contract: Bronze

We offer fixed one year contracts for technical support  for £1195 per annum + VAT.  This contract comprises up to 24 hours of technical support (average 2 hours/month).  This contract is based on a Moodle/Mahara or Zencart installation on a single server.

Option 3: Fixed One Year Contract: Silver

We offer fixed one year contracts for technical support for £1,795 per annum + VAT.  This contract comprises up to 36 hours of technical support (average 3 hours/month).  This contract is based on a Moodle/Mahara or Zencart installation on a single server.

Option 4: Fixed One Year Contract: Gold

We offer fixed one year contracts for technical support for £2,395 per annum + VAT.  This contract comprises up to 48 hours of technical support (average 4 hours/month).  This contract is based on a Moodle/Mahara or Zencart installation on a single server.

Option 5: Bespoke Support
