We offer to bundle technical support contracts for all of our clients hosting their Moodle installation on our servers. Support contracts are an average of hours per month over a one year period unless otherwise agreed.

Support is for you if you are not quite sure about some of the complexity of your Moodle system, would rather someone else with specialist knowledge took care of the system or think you may require monthly overall support to get the most of your system.

Fixed One Year Contracts
Fixed support contracts run for a year and include such things as error messages, file or data corruption, data migration between product releases, security and administrative settings, course settings, feature set up/use, third party or optional plugins, where the installation has been performed or agreed with ELD.
