We offer to bundle technical support contracts with our hosting options OR to support you remotely if you have your own hosting in place. We pride ourselves in being as flexible as possible in order to assist you with your particular needs.
Are you using Moodle, Mahara or other OS software but not quite sure about some the complexity of the system? Or would you just rather someone else with specialist knowledge take care of the system in the event of a problem?
All of our hosting packages include basic Moodle support: In addition to security upgrades and nightly disaster recovery, if you have an issue that we can sort out for you in less than 15 minutes then we will do so for free. If the issue is larger than that time increment then we will advise you of the charge. For clients knowing that they will require technical support over and above this basic level, we offer a range of annual services.

Option 1: No fixed contract
Our technical consultants are able to provide a complete range of consultancy services for designing, deploying and configuring Moodle/Mahara and other educational software systems. Our standard hourly consultancy rates apply:
Option 2: Fixed One Year Contract: Bronze
We offer fixed one year contracts for technical support for £1,440 per annum + VAT. This contract comprises up to 24 hours of technical support (average 2 hours/month).
Option 3: Fixed One Year Contract: Silver
We offer fixed one year contracts for technical support for £1,980 per annum + VAT. This contract comprises up to 36 hours of technical support (average 3 hours/month).
Option 4: Fixed One Year Contract: Gold
We offer fixed one year contracts for technical support for £2,640 per annum + VAT. This contract comprises up to 48 hours of technical support (average 4 hours/month).
Option 5: Bespoke Support
We would be happy to provide support for more complex systems or services.
