From January 1 2011 E-Learn Design will be offering a NEW fully online suite of courses dealing specifically with Mahara.

Courses are designed and delivered in Moodle 2.0. Choose from:

• Introducing Mahara for Learners
  

  This course gives a comprehensive overview of the Mahara software for beginners. It is aimed at students or users for an organisation. E-Learn Design has developed other courses for using the Mahara software for teachers or facilitators.

• Introducing Mahara for Teachers
  

  This course gives a comprehensive overview of the Mahara software for beginners. Because Mahara is a learner-centered piece of software, it is important for teachers or tutors to be able to use Mahara in the same way as theiry students.  Additionally, this course offers a section on pedagogical considerations of eportfolios, suggested activities and assessment opportunties and Moodle and Mahara combination activities.
  
  Cost: £84.95 pp or license as a whole to an institution for £5495.00 for 500 users + .50 per user + VAT.  Institutional purchases includes customisation and branding.
